Funding Information

Payment Procedure
Invoices will be created and sent via email at the beginning of each half term. The payment each half term (as detailed on your invoice) is required within two weeks of receiving the invoice.

Fees are preferred in full at the beginning of each term, however payment plans can be arranged.
Payment can be made by Cash, BACS Transfer, Childcare Vouchers or through the government tax-free childcare scheme. Those eligible for 15hrs or 30hrs (Feee) Entitlement will receive an invoice for any hours
exceeding their free entitlement and for snacks unless you choose to provide your own snacks.

 

Unfunded hours will be charged at a rate of £8.00ph for 2yr olds and £6.50ph for 3/4yr olds. 
A voluntary induction fee is charged at the registration point. This fee is used to provide a Preschool T Shirt and book bag when the child attends their settling in session. These can be purchased at a later date.

 

Funding
Our setting is open during term time and any funding is claimed during term time only.

 

Term Dates
Autumn – Sept to Dec 14weeks
Spring – Jan to March 11 weeks
Summer – April to July 13 weeks
Total 38 weeks per academic year

 

Universal Funding
All children are entitled to 15hrs universal funding from the term after their 3 rd birthday. Parents do not need to apply to claim this funding.


Working parents 2yr old and 30hrs funding
Parents who are entitled to the working parents 2yr funding or the extended 30hrs funding must apply themselves and check their eligibility. Please note that it is the responsibility of the Parent/Carer to re-check their eligibility code every three months to ensure that they are still eligible for the 2yr or 30 hours working parents funding. FEEE 2 funding
Your 2-year-old can get free childcare if you live in England and get any of the following benefits:

  • Income Support

  • Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA)

  • Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)

  • Universal Credit, and your household income is £15,400 a year or less after tax, not including benefit payments

  • The guaranteed element of Pension Credit 

  • Child Tax Credit, Working Tax Credit (or both), and your household income is £16,190 a year or less before tax

  • The Working Tax Credit 4-week run on (the payment you get when you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit)

FEEE Entitlement is applicable from the term after the child’s second or third birthday depending
on eligibility. An eligibility code will need to be seen, along with the entitlement letter.


A parent/provider agreement form must be signed termly to claim FEEE Entitlement. If funding is
split between other providers, details must be completed on the parent/provider agreement form.


Please provide your child’s birth certificate or passport at Registration.


Minimum session time is 3 hours, maximum 7 hours per day. Within the operating hours of 8.30-3.30 Monday to Friday, term time only. There are no restrictions on how many funded hours you can use per session.
There is a minimum attendance requirement of 2, 3hr sessions per week for all children. We offer all funding options to families. To find out about the funding available to families and to check if you are eligible please visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk

Children can attend up to their funded entitlement and there is no requirement to attend any more than the FEEE funded hours.
 

Early years pupil premium
We could get up to £353 per year to help with your child’s education. This will be paid direct to us.

Who can apply
You can apply for early years pupil premium if your child is aged 3 or 4 and you get 15 hours free
childcare.
You must also get at least one of the following:

You may also get early years pupil premium if your child is currently being looked after by a local
authority in England or Wales or if your child has left care in England or Wales through:

  • adoption

  • special guardianship order

  • a child arrangements order

Disability access fund
We could get £828 or more per year to help with your child’s education and support.


This will be paid direct to us.


You can apply to get disability access funding if your child is aged 3 or 4 and you’re receiving both:

Tax Free Childcare
We accept Tax Free childcare.
Your eligibility depends on:

  • whether you’re working (employed, self-employed, or a director)

  • your income (and your partner’s income, if you have one)

  • your child’s age and circumstances

  • your immigration status

If you get Tax-Free Childcare, you’ll set up an online childcare account for your child. For every £8
you pay into this account, the government will pay in £2 to use to pay your provider.
