Our Rooms

At Stanway Pre-School we have 2 rooms, the Cub Room for our 2-3 year old children, and the Bear Room for the 3-4 year old children.

After 14 years, we reached out to our community and the response was overwhelming. Thanks to the generosity of local families, businesses, and a grant from Stanway Parish Council, we have opened a brand new play room taking us from 48 places to 78.

Local company Lexden Builders managed the full build, while parents, friends and staff came together to finish the space, offering everything from furniture and shelving to painting and cleaning. A community GoFundMe campaign helped cover additional costs, with support also generously given by Matthew James Property Consultants, JCS Property Maintenance and CJS Painting Solutions.

The new spaces filled almost immediately, a reflection of just how needed this expansion was. We are so grateful to everyone who helped make it happen, and we are not stopping there. With support from Liraa Maintenance and Landscape, we are now working on transforming our outdoor garden into a space just as nurturing and inspiring as our indoor rooms.
