Meet The Team

I have been working at Stanway Preschool for 16yrs and Manager for 13yrs. I am passionate about the quality of care we offer our families and insist on the highest standards from all of the team 

I have been working at Stanway Pre-school for 16 yrs. All of my own children have attended the preschool and I am committed to leading the preschool team. We offer the children the highest level of care and education.

I have been working at Stanway pre-school for 14yrs and have recently returned from maternity leave. I work in the 2-3yr old room and support the team on a daily basis. 

I am the room leader of the 2-3yr old room.  I am passionate about giving our youngest children the best start to their preschool journey and love all the cuddles I get. 

I am the room leader of the 3-4yr old room. I work with my team to provide the best care to the children and we work hard to prepare them for their next step into primary school 

I am the Senco within the setting. I work in Bears room but support all children and their families to access all of the support they need to thrive and develop. 

I identify and offer Speech and language support to all children who require additional support in the setting to ensure they are making good progress in their communication. 

I have been working at Stanway Pre-school for over 9 yrs and look after the 2-3yr old children. 2 of my children have attended the setting and I pride myself on the loving care we offer all of our children who attend. 

I have been working at Stanway Pre-school for 7 years. I care for the children in our 3-4yr old room. I love supporting the children to meet their learning next steps and preparing them for their next step into school. 

I’m Lou. I work in the cubs room with the 2-3 year olds. 2 of my own children have been through the pre school and I love the way we treat each child as we’d want our own to be treated. With love, care and enrichment.

I have been working at Stanway Pre-school for 18 months as a Cubs Room Practitioner. It's so wonderful supporting our youngest children as they explore, learn, and grow. I absolutely love arts and craft, singing, and dancing with them all!
